Ourday at Messiah welcomes the opportunity to provide a quality preschool in a Christian environment and support the family in the important years of early childhood.

Programs at an additional cost:

• CompuQuest (optional computer classes) held from 1:00 pm — 1:30 pm
• Hands On Class — Teaching and developing independence through expanded project experiences. 
• Individual speech therapy
• Kindergarten Enrichment Program: Continuing education in music, physical education, art, science, math, literature, Spanish, tutoring, projects and field trips.

Religion:
Ourday Preschool is owned by the Church of the Messiah and is open to all children in the community. The staff creates a Christian environment. The children say a prayer or blessing before snack and lunch. The children celebrate Christmas and Christian holidays. The Ourday Christmas program includes the story of the birth of baby Jesus and Christmas carols. The Ourday staff represents the Church in transforming Christian love into action by caring for and teaching children.

The staff at Ourday is comprised of teachers trained in early childhood education, first aid, health, and child development.  The program is licensed by the State of Ohio.

• Two teachers to a classroom (no aides)
• 12 students maximum in the 3 yr old class
• 14 students maximum in the 4 yr. and 5 yr. old classes

Registration:
Early registration and class placement is in March.  Register on a space available basis year round.  Priority in placement at early registration is given to current and former Ourday students and siblings and Messiah members. Registration fee for Ourday is $40 per child.
