Join others seeking to improve their health for aerobics from 9:15-10:15 a.m. every Saturday in the Westerville campus gym. Be More Fit follows Jacki Sorensen's StrongStep, a low impact, high-energy fitness class. Participants use steps to vary the intensity and resistance efficiency of professionally choreographed routines. Instructors are trained and CPR-certified. No prior experience is required; the routines are simple and fun!
