Urban Partnership with New Life
United Methodist Church located at 25 W. 5th Ave
in Columbus.
Hospitality ministry
serving breakfast, providing clothing, and a sack lunch
for ~150 neighbors living in poverty. 6:00 am to
9:30 am. Worship at 10:30 am, music ministry provided
by Messiah. Team of 8 - 10 people, no food
donations. Clothing Room open Tuesday and
Wednesday mornings 9 - 11 AM each week.

3rd Sunday Monthly Urban Partnership with Church For All
People
located at 895 Parsons Ave in Columbus.
Breakfast ministry serving ~75 neighbors living in poverty. 9:00 - 10:00 am. Worship at 10
am. Life Classes at 11:00 am. Messiah provides food and serving team of 4 -6 people.
Each week there are opportunities to volunteer in the Free Store, participate in bible study, and assist in
the Community Development Projects such as the jewelry store.

YWCA Family Center
The YWCA Family Center, located at 900 Harvey Court in Columbus, is open 24 hours a day, all year long. This shelter offers on-site daycare, a preschool, advocacy for
children, legal assistance, social workers, medical needs, and housing assistance.

As part of our Urban Partnership Ministries based from the text found in Isaiah 58:6-10,
Messiah participates in providing and serving the evening meal for approximately 50 homeless families or 150 people.
There are two serving teams covering the: 3:00-5:00 pm and/or the 5:00 - 8:30 pm time slots.
